HSCC+ICCPS 2027 PC Invitation Service

Authorized HSCC+ICCPS 2027 program chairs use this service to deliver one-recipient invitations and follow-ups, reconcile delivery, record deliberate accept, decline, or contact responses, and prepare chair-reviewed onboarding for accepted Program Committee members. Opening an invitation link records no response; only submitting the response form records a choice. Accepting an invitation does not itself create a HotCRP account, send HotCRP mail, or publish a website profile.

The service processes only the professional, delivery, response, and security information needed to administer approved invitations, prevent duplicate delivery, support invitees, and prepare accepted members for separate chair-reviewed onboarding. Access is limited to authorized conference operators, and candidate information is not made public merely because an invitation was prepared or sent.
