Prepare a Regular or Short research paper in the ACM two-column conference format for light double-anonymous review.
Select every track that materially reflects the paper's contribution. A cross-track paper is welcome and can be reviewed with expertise drawn from more than one part of the program.
Regular research papers must use the ACM two-column conference format and may use at most 10 pages excluding references. Short research papers use the same format and may use at most 6 pages including references; they may present a position paper, a tool paper, or a focused contribution. Submissions must be in English and describe original work that is not published or under review elsewhere.
Author names and institutions must be omitted for light double-anonymous review. Cite the authors' own related work in the third person. Final-version production instructions, rights, open-access terms, and any appendix or supplemental-material instructions will be provided separately.
HSCC+ICCPS 2027 uses light double-anonymous review, followed by an author-response period and planned online program-committee discussion before decisions. The author-response period and paper-notification date are confirmed; other review milestones remain tentative until announced.
Authors will select every track that materially reflects a paper's contribution. Work spanning two or three tracks is welcome, and the coordinated program committee may adjust classification when that would produce a substantially better expert review.
Author names and institutions must be omitted. References to the authors' own related work must be written in the third person so that the submission does not disclose the authors' identities.
Reviews assess five dimensions: technical soundness and contribution; relevance to the paper's chosen track or tracks; clarity; significance and potential impact; and verifiability of the paper's claims.
Authors may respond to reviewer comments, clarify misunderstandings, and point to evidence already in the submitted paper or supplement before final decisions. The response may not add new evidence or research results. The confirmed author-response period is January 11–15, 2027.

TentativeAll main-track papers must be submitted through the open HSCC+ICCPS 2027 HotCRP site. Abstract registration is mandatory by the confirmed abstract deadline, and the complete paper PDF is final at the confirmed firm paper deadline; no post-deadline PDF-update window is offered.
Accepted Regular and Short papers are eligible and encouraged, but not required, to enter post-acceptance repeatability evaluation; tool-oriented Short papers are specifically encouraged to provide artifacts. The separate preliminary poster and demonstration call has its own requirements. Dates and submission portals for both processes remain tentative or forthcoming.
